Welcome to the Club
You like photography. We like photography. Let's do photography.
Who We Are
This club was founded in the fall of 2020 by a photography nerd named Justin Vinh with the hopes of bringing together people who wanted to find a nice place to talk about photography. Whether you are an amateur, a professional, or just a newbie, as long as you are a Northern Virginia Community College student, you are welcome.

Our purpose is to create a common space where all members may safely share their artistic photographic contributions, engage in attaining new skills and knowledge as they relate to the field of photography, and use the art of photography for the betterment of themselves and of the community.
What We Do
We meet as a club once every two weeks. Each meeting has a theme related to photography, such as lighting or portraits, and in the days between meetings, our members take pictures related to the theme of the week. Then, at our next meeting, we all view the pictures as a group and learn new concepts related to our next theme. Finally, we have 15 minutes at the end of each meeting for us to just socialize.

We get bored easily...so once every few weeks, we hold meetings with professional photographers, workshops, and special competitions among other activities.

If any of this sounds interesting to you, stop by our next meeting or follow us on Instagram!
